The Accounting Client Intake Form will provide me with initial information about you, your business, and your needs. This is a fillable form for your convenience, so you can complete it onscreen and save to your device. You can then attach and send to me in the Contact Me form below. Once received, I will contact you to schedule a consultation to learn more about your business, and discuss your accounting needs more specifically.

The Glossary of Services document is a description of the various types of services provided. This will help you determine which specific services may be suitable to fulfill the needs of your business.

After consultation, I will send an invitation to MyTAXPortal, which will allow you to set up your SAFE and SECURE electronic client file. This portal will provide the ability for us to share accounting documents and files, as well as communicating questions and answers. Setup and use of MyTAXPortal is free of charge. The first document I will send will be an Accounting Client Engagement Letter. This will specify the terms and conditions of the agreement to provide the services you have requested.
